Fun With Science -
Color Changing Milk
Materials:
- Milk (2% or Whole)
- Dinner Plate
- Food Coloring
- Dish Soap
- Cotton Swabs
Pour the milk onto the plate so it covers the bottom and is about 1/4 inch thick. Let it settle. Add 1 drop of food coloring for each color to the center of the plate and keep them close together. Place a drop of dish soap on one end of a cotton swab. Place that end into the middle of the milk and food coloring. Keep it there for about 10 to 15 seconds.
What will happen to the food coloring? I will post our pictures tomorrow night and hope everyone has fun with this project!
